You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse forms, copy content for commercial use, or violate the rights of Christian Wix or others.

Content and intellectual property

The Christian Wix name, original candle designs, photographs, written reflections, graphics, and website presentation are owned by Christian Wix or used with permission and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. Bible quotations remain subject to the rights and attribution rules of their respective translations and publishers.

Faith-based content

Devotionals, prayers, and scripture reflections are offered for encouragement and general informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or pastoral care.

Products and orders

We strive to describe products accurately, but handmade candles may have natural variations in appearance. Colors and images may also appear differently across screens. Product availability, fragrances, prices, and descriptions may change without notice.

An order is an offer to purchase. Christian Wix may accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or shipping limitations. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded as required.

Candle safety

Customers are responsible for following all candle-care and safety instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended; keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects; place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface; and discontinue use when the label or product instructions direct.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Christian Wix is not responsible for third-party websites, carriers, payment providers, or services outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without overriding any mandatory protections that apply where a customer lives.

We may update these terms as the website and store develop. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the stated effective date.
