Frequently Asked Questions.

Our signature candles are hand-poured in smooth-sided 12-ounce glass jars—the familiar, timeless shape of a classic pantry jar.

Christian Wix candles are made with soy wax and thoughtfully selected fragrance blends. Complete wick, fragrance, and allergen details will be listed with each candle before the shop opens.

Burn time depends on the fragrance, wick, room conditions, and how the candle is cared for. We will publish a tested burn-time range with each product rather than promise an estimate before testing is complete.

Before each burn, trim the wick to about ¼ inch. On the first burn, allow the melted wax to reach close to the jar’s edges. Keep the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, and follow the safety label on the jar.

Follow the time limit printed on the candle’s safety label. Never leave a candle unattended, and discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
